Forklift radiator is use water or cooling liquid ，to reduce the  heat when the engine is running .if there is a long time not to check or repair the radiator.it will effect the efficiency of the engine or cause the breakdown of the engine parts . So this page is going to explain how to check and repair the radiator when maintain the forklift in the routine. 1、Forklift radiator check （1）check the tear：put the radiator into the water channel，filling the compressed air into the hole of the radiator（plug up by other hole），pressure is 0，1 MPa，if the radiator . If come for bubble from radiator ，it means the radiator corrode ，if the bubble come little ，it means it isn't serious，if finds break ，make a mark，in order to repair. （2）Check the rediator silt up ，according to the water crushed into radiator，it can analyze if the radiator slit up or block. 2、Forklift radiator repair （1）Clean up incrustation of the radiator，when the water capacity decrease ，or there is incrustation in the radiator，the soda lye (mass  fraction  is 10%) should be  get heated to 90 ℃ to fill  up the radiator and put it with 1-2 hours and then wash it with hot water .（ps： caustic soda is  sodium hydroxide ，it also call NAOH, is a corrosive  with strong corrosive ）. （2）When the radiator is block up ,use the Exclusive core   to clear away. （3）When the radiator core is serious deformation,curve or the pipe exsit hole can be sealed (can’t be above 10%of the whole). （4）The deformation cooling fin can be straightened. （5）The repair of the tear of the radiator .the tear of the raidator can be repaired with Tin soldering,before welding,rub the tear to show up metallic luster,and coat ta layer of  Zinc chloride flux in the connection ,repair the connection with Tin soldering when heating.
