Diesel forklift 1000 hours of inspection and maintenance(about 4 moths)
(1)Replace air filter element and check negative pressure switch. When installing the filter, be careful not to damage the filter and make sure that it is installed correctly.

(2)Check the status and fastening of the engine mount.

(3)Check the tightness of the intake and exhaust lines.

(4)Check the sealing of the hydraulic system, drive axle, pump, valve and piping.

(5)Replace the pressure filter. In replacement, should be lowered mast use a special wrench to loosen the filter holder on the left side of the gear box, unscrew the filter by hand. Fill the new filter with hydraulic fluid and oil the seal. During commissioning, check the seal on the filter contact surface.

(6)Replace the suction filter. During replacement, slowly pull out the filter element so that oil can flow back to the tank. Test run, check the filter cover seal condition.

(7)Replace the ventilation filter. Unscrew the hydraulic reservoir breather filter and remove the oil filter from the filter and attach it to the new filter. (If the work environment is poor, it is necessary to replace the filter earlier.)

(8)Check wheel gear unit oil level. Check this item requires lowering the fork frame, in order to check both sides of the wheel reducer oil level.

(9)Check the parking brake. Drive the fully loaded forklift to a 15% grade ramp, depress the brake pedal, lock the parking brake handle, stop the engine, and the forklift should not move at this time.

Diesel forklift 2000 hours of inspection and maintenance(Close to 8 months)

(1)Replace V-belt for alternator and fan. Check with the acupressure method: with your thumb down the belt, check the tension, the belt between the pulley sag about 10mm. If the tension is not enough, tension belt. Running the engine about 15 to 20 minutes, after tension the belt again.

(2)Check fuel nozzle. (Nozzle pressure standard: 300bar.)

(3)Check and adjust the valve clearance. After the engine is warm, check the valve clearance. Such as the smooth operation of the engine, and can achieve maximum power, indicating that the valve clearance adjustment is correct. (Valve Clearance Standard: Intake valve 0.20mm Exhaust valve 0.45mm.)
